What methods of payment do you accept? |

We accept payment via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay. We are also looking into offering Afterpay so check our website for updates! |

I made a mistake on my order. Can I cancel it? |

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at gillawarra.arts@gmail.com. However, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed. Instead the item you have purchased must be returned to us in accordance with our returns policy |

Why have I received an email saying my order has been cancelled? |
|
Until the time we accept your order, we reserve the right to refuse to process your order. For example, we may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. If we or you have cancelled your order before it is accepted, we will promptly refund any payment already made by you to your original payment method. |

Where do you ship to? |
|
We deliver to any Australian or overseas address including PO Boxes via Australia Post using Express Post or Registered Mail with Tracking. |

How much does shipping cost? |
|
We use Australia Post for our deliveries. Shipping Fees will be calculated at time of sale. For clarity, the cost of shipping will generally be higher for international orders. You are responsible for the cost of shipping which is payable at the point of sale. |

Do you ship internationally? |
|
Yes! The cost of shipping parcels internationally will generally be higher than shipping within Australia and will be notified to you at the point of sale. Delivery time, tracking and conditions of delivery will be unique to each international order. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to an international address, including any import duties or taxes, and for ensuring the product purchased is acceptable for import under customs law in the relevant country. Please be aware that it may not be possible to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you place your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address. |

How do I know if my order has been shipped? |

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation of order email from us. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. If your order is accepted, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including tracking number and instructions once your parcel has been shipped. |

I just placed my order. When I will I receive it? |

Parcels are dispatched within 7 days after the order is placed and can generally take up to 21 days to be delivered to you depending on your location. |
